"We had a good stay and everything went well . When we got back home realized we left something valuable in the room! We called and spoke with Tom (who was helpful at checkin for my 2 rooms for 2 nights - so I remembered him ) Tom was very helpful to locate our item so we could return later for a secure rescue of it Thank-you Tom ! Well done Sir !!"

"The rooms are very clean and modern, there is city noise which is to be expected being downtown but a very comfortable stay overall. "

"I enjoyed my stay here, and found the room adequate, and the grounds pleasant enough. I enjoyed the fact that it was right next-door to a Denny’s, and if I go back, I will definitely try out Denny’s. But I probably will skip this hotel next time, because it is not as close to the University of Texas area as I would like to be. It’s also very near the freeway, which means it’s less enjoyable to stroll outside. Otherwise, not a bad choice."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Austin Downtown. The location is one of its biggest strengths — it’s close to several parks and green spaces, including the trails along Lady Bird Lake, which are just a short walk away. It’s also very convenient to the highway, making it easy to get in and out of the city without hassle. Because it’s near the Rainey Street and downtown bar areas, there is some noise at night, but the neighborhood still feels safe and walkable, even for solo travelers. If you want to be close to the action, this is a great spot. Valet parking is very expensive, but it’s also extremely convenient if you don’t want to deal with downtown parking yourself. Overall, the hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable — a good place to stay if you want easy access to Austin’s parks, nightlife, and major roads."
